Med center health. Still cannot transport individuals on a timely basis. Still waiting for my spouse to be transported 1 floor up from recovery Told 30 minutes ago she was next in line. This is a travesty of medical care. This is the 2nd time we have experienced long waits. Up to almost an hour for transport from one department to another. Poor overall hospital management.
Though Dr. Haase was nice and had everything regarding my perianal abscess lanced and bandaged in my hospital room, I am disappointed regarding the aftercare. No wound care supplies were given, no pain meds were prescribed and no one came to even look at the site afterwards before I was discharged. I had to call a surgeon who handled a similar situation for me last year, and within a few hours she not only sent in a script for wound-care supplies, but she also sent in a script for ibuprofen that would be more effective than ... read more
