Horrible & swindler! Gave me papers yet no bills, no calls were sent out & no proof i was ever at this so called hospital& for what! No phone number to contact with to pay or discuss such bills. Also I'm very ocd & have all appointments in my phone calendar as to who & where & why are seen for appointments & these appointments aren't even there. Nor did I take my kids or husband to this hospital! So we are having to pay for a place we have never gone or had any appointments with! We go to a complete different dr for the kids... read more
Went to er for chest pains on 2/9/23. Waited 4 hours to see a Dr. Went to reception desk and asked how long. They said it could be another 3 hours so I asked to leave and the receptionist said she could release me and I left and went home. Six months later I got a bill from Hillcrest collection agency for overdue balance I knew nothing about and am trying yet to resolve. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

This is the worst Hospital. I’m 17 week’s pregnant waited 4 hours to call me in . I waited in the room 1 hour for the Dr never show up i told the nurse i was leaving she says i had to sign a paper the Dr Told her it was fine i could leave. I got to the hospital at 9 got out without seing a Dr at 2 am . They don’t care if you go there they just want the money with out taking care of the patients that Dr was so unprofessional if you don’t like the job just don’t be a Dr. I just hope everything is ok with my Baby.
