Terrible
Total garbage equipment. I’ve seen used rental and surplus auction equipment look nice then what I was just delivered and given and when I demanded something to replace this garbage given the excuse a tech had to come service it. So it has cost me a half a days work and they expect full price payment.
I would give this place a 5 star review just because of their sales man Orlando. He’s a great person and treats customers with the up most respect. But when it comes to service, it’s another topic. Their service manger clearly does not care about their customer service. This isn’t my first time having issues with this guy. When I first bought my Sany 35 the hydraulic thumb did not close with pressure, every time I called the shop it was “oh Richie will call you” I would have died by now waiting for his call. Richie the service manager went out of his way to make sure I got the training on my trailer and stayed late to ensure I didn't have to stay overnight. I appreciate great customer service like this! You don't find that anymore in today's business. Great job and a big thank you!
