This group doesn't play well with the broader Atrium network. They come across aloof, focused on the wrong things and don't prioritize patient well-being. Scrolling through the other reviews here reinforced this for me. I left this medical group because they prefer to operate in a silo rather than integrate with the broader Atrium network to make sure I was taken care. I am so very pleased with the great care at Atrium Health since I moved back to Charlotte in 2023.. I am appreciative of the excellent doctors who are knowledgeable, considerate, kind and caring - as well as, the support staff who share the same attributes. Especially my PCP, Dr. Sana Umair, who does a fabulous job keeping up with my many specialists at Atrium (including my liver transplant specialist, Dr. Phillipe Zamor) and my kidney specialist at Metrolina.
Very professional kind & caring great doctors & nurses & reception personnel so blessed to find this practice❣️❣️
