Minimal wait to be seen. Nurse attentive in taking vitals. Dr. Saige asked me to share details of my health since previous visit, listening and responding to details. He had ordered lab work prior to visit so we discussed my results and confirmed diabetes. He explained next steps for me to take and scheduled return visit. I left feeling heard, knowing next steps, and recognizing the seriousness of my health situation and the importance of tending to my health. PT referral has been implemented.
