the phone lines have no prompt for wic anymore and when you click the option to hear more it hangs up on you every time. I have tried to contact the main office and they told me it isn't their problem. Very frustrating. Nice to know our tax dollars are paying for employees that do not care to do their jobs or even report an issue. I have 3 kids under 3 and just wanted to schedule an appt to renew my wic and was met with insane rudeness and no help at all. INSANE.
