Best gym in the area. Instructors are top notch.
Have been going to Bodylab classes at Mecka for 3+ years and it’s truly my happy place (although I have a love/hate relationship with the assault bike….). I’ve attended hundreds of classes and have never repeated the same workout, it’s always something new and different. The instructors are the best and the class times are convenient because they start early and also have evening offerings so you can make it work around your schedule no matter what. Tons of classes great instructor. Class area is kind of tight when class is full and sometimes the room is a littlle stuffy…..kind of pricey also
I have worked out everywhere in the city through Classpass for over 4 years, and Mecka has (by far) the most creative and challenging workouts in the city. You will never leave a BodyLab or Bootcamp class without being thoroughly rocked. Great facilities & locker rooms. They also give their clients a few minutes grace for being late (which I appreciate). Big ol' shoutouts to Coaches Andrea, Charlie, Shannon, Maureen, Sarah, and Morgan for being the most kind and knowledgeable. Thanks, Mecka!
