I joined Mecka because I am new to Pittsburgh and wanted an environment that would push me with a class format. The instructors from day 1 were so welcoming and helpful with any scaling options. They take the time to demonstrate every movement before the classes that include scaling options. Safety and comfort is definitely put first with a "push yourself while also taking care of your body" mentality. Love this place!

We dropped in for a class from out of town over Thanksgiving. Natalie quickly replied to our email inquiry and made the payment, waiver, and registration fast and easy. The gym was spacious, well light, and clean. Our coach Eddy was very friendly and went over the strength and condition thoroughly and made the class fun. I'd definitely go back to drop in again when in town.

Awesome gym with tons of different classes. They have crossfit and non-crossfit classes. My favorite is bodylab, which switches between treadmill runs and the weight floor, sometimes using the ski-erg, rower, bike, box jumps, and more, all led by a coach. I definitely get a good workout every single class. And they have contrast therapy on site (cold plunge/sauna combo),a smoothie bar, and fridges stocked with energy drinks, cold brew coffees, recovery/protein drinks, protein bars, and more.
