I took my 2021 Rav4 to get the recalled airbag repaired. I was on time for my 10:30 appointment and my car was checked in. I was told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours. No one told me there was a customer lounge so I sat in an office chair in the sales office. For an hour and a half! I followed their tracking link and saw nothing had happened since my check in.
