The new houses that they built 5 years ago, are going down. They don’t take care of maintenance issues. For example the air conditioning units the fridge, etc . They don’t anything, they look good from the outside but they do NOT keep them up at all. Me and my kids burn up for months cause they don’t fix the air. Now we are starting to see roaches smh
