Nice front staff. Accessibility. They always seem to have a deal., ie I got second month free on two consecutive rents.
Minimum of 20 leaks in roof. Water and Tar leaks. Owners refuse to fix roof but instead want to add more units to an already crumbling building. For the Hirsch's it's all about money and getting new customers in when the current customers realize how terrible the property is. Security here is also lack luster, anyone could just cut a zip tie and climb right into your unit! Friendly, helpful people running the place (on site). Easy and smooth rental experience.
The facility is very clean which I greatly appreciated. The staff is helpful and friendly. As someone else pointed out, there is a cart right inside the main door that can be used. I have, and will continue, to recommend this facility to friends who have been looking for storage. The only thing I would suggest as a potential improvement would be a passcode secured door at the side closer to the office for after hours access. There is one but its at the far end.

I had a great experience. Clean facility, staff is GREAT! Steve is funny and I felt like he took time to get to know his “tenants”. Worked with me when it was time to move out. Clear communication and always so friendly.
