RecommendedFrom checking in, to the pre-exam, through time with the doctor, and checking out, my visit was a breeze. I had a bit of an emergency situation for this visit. Not only was I able to get a same-day appointment, but I had virtually no wait time. The office and staff is consistently professional and friendly, but to have service like this in the middle of the COVID pandemic was outstanding.

I've been going to Mechanicsburg Eye Associates for a few years now ever since I moved to the area. Each time I've had the opportunity to see Dr. Kramer for my eye exam and work with Hans the Optician. The service at Mechanicsburg Eye Associates from all the staff is great. Dr. Kramer always explains the results of my eye exam clearly. I felt very welcomed, the staff took their time to make sure I found the right pair of glasses. Dr Kramer was super thorough and made sure I had all my questions answered. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
This was my 4 year old daughters first ever trip to the eye doctor and she was excited, yet very nervous. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful with her and making her feel comfortable. They understood she was nervous and made sure she felt confident in her “special chair”

I was experiencing something unusual in my vision. Was new in the area and called around, this was the first place to say come in immediately, we will see you. Very thorough check and was told what to expect over next few days and a follow up appointment was set. Went exactly as discussed. Friendly, professional staff and Dr Leitzel was great.
