I have been using this bank for over 20 years. When it was a midstate bank. The last 8 weeks or so everytime I try to use the atm it's not working! I've tried it once every two weeks, it worked once out of the last 5 attempts! I'm not sure why I still bank here in Paso Robles at your branch. Why don't they at least have more tellers working when the atm is down? Only two tellers for 15 people standing in line. Surely somebody sitting at the many desks doing nothing but watch could get up and run a window for a few customers.
I would like to compliment an employee of the Mt Vernon branch in Bakersfield. Veronica Sandoval went above and beyond to help me with a problem I was having even though it wasn't a Rabobank issue. We have had an account for over 45 years. We love the service and Veronica Sandoval is just the latest reason why.
