If I could this place a negative 19, I would. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER choose to do business with this bank. Very much questionable. Horrible service. Waist of time. HUGE inconvenience!
Not sure why people use this type of bank. This bank looks so suspicious to me. No people in line the set up is all weird to me code to get in. They are not open on the weekends. I tried calling customer service even worse. Cannot do anything.....

I did not choose to bank with Mechanic's Bank. I was forced to thanks to my mortgage being bought sold 3 times to when they finally bought it. I had an excess of $6,000.00 in escrow that the previous lender wrote a check to them to deposit on my behalf. They lost the money! I have never been more frustrated! This bank robbed me! Avoid like the plague. If they can't fix this for me who knows about the rest of their organization. If I could pay off my mortgage just to be done with them I would be.
