Mechanical Technologies is a terrible company. The ** salesman really sold it. However, from the moment they stepped foot on my property in 2022 for the install, Ive had consistent issues with the workers and the product.During install, their communication was terrible, their punctuality and commitment was unsatisfactory, and most importantly their work ethic and craftsmanship very questionable. This is the worst company I have ever encountered in my 30 years of owning homes. I called this company fix an ** unit on May 22nd. I specifically stated the house has two air conditioning units and I needed the faulty one fixed. Left a code for them to enter the home. I called May 23rd to confirm the price and was told it is $199 to conduct maintenance on the 1st floor unit and to fix the second unit it's $399 to fix the transponder.
