I wanted to take the time to thank MSI -Galesburg for their prompt service to my very very cold office bright and early this morning. Nate with MSI was very quick and efficient, ensuring safety first and very adequate customer service. Nate was a rockstar!
Quality work very nice technicians who are informative about the work they are doing to help us understand the machines at our workplace.
All is right as rain.
Unfortunately this location has most untrained workers so beware they cost you you never think. Bad management.
