They were the best price I found to install a new furnace and they also were nice. Then the dark cloud came over. The techs knocked down molding in my basement and failed to mention that Used my bathroom(without asking) and didnt flush. I could hear their casual conversation from upstairs about personal information they were discussing on their phone. Afterwards I called the co to tell them about my broken molding and the surprise left in my toliet. He offered to send the same techs over to nail the broken pieces back up. No... read more
I called Mechanical Heating and Cooling to come out to repair my broken furnace. They were able to come out within about 4 hours of my call, and replaced the ignitor in my old furnace at a very reasonable price. The service man was friendly and informative. I called because the previous owner of my home had obviously used this company before (based on the sticker on the furnace) and I would use this company again.
