I would highly recommend Mechanical Heating & Cooling! John, who did the estimate, was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, answering all my questions in a reassuring manner. The time between the estimate until the install was very reasonable due to the fact that it was one of the hottest heat spells we have had so far this summer!!!! I went in today completely stressed because I know absolutely nothing about furnaces I just had a picture of the part I needed! The team was so kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. They treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and were very fair with their pricing. I never once felt talked down to or embarrassed for not knowing what I was doing. Let me start by saying their prices are just as good as one else except they are WAY more professional. Had called them for duct cleaning and Eric did an excellent job, honest, hard working and knowledgeable. Will never go through anyone else. Great experience with Mechanical Heating. Recommended by Carrier for the part I needed and they installed it for a very reasonable price. Very professional staff from front desk to the technician. Came promptly as promised and was done in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
