From the sales person Brendon to installation the experience was definitely worth it. Everyone was professional, respectful and help me understand the price to the installation process. This price was the lowest with efficient systems upgrade for my home. The installers were amazing, they were on time, introduced themselves, announced going for lunch and coming back. Once installation was complete, they ran me through what was installed and how to work it properly for warranty and yearly maintenance. I recommend.

63 year old disabled vet here. Vent cleaner did not respect my home nor my belongings. He left dust particles and huge dust bunnies on my furniture and floor. I can accept that my home is an 80 year old home, he could have covered my belongings. He also could have told me! When I received the invoice, it contained a report that had a few lies and contained two pictures of an air filter (with a bug on it) that I don’t use and is the incorrect size for my furnace. I cannot say enough about the Mechanical Heating & Cooling Company, from the initial consultation with Josh, all the way to the installation with Daniel, duct cleaning with Eric, and inspection with Keith, and the office assistants, everyone was absolutely professional, thorough, accommodating, friendly, helpful, and excellent at their jobs. When my A/C was struggling to keep the house cool, I called my normal HVAC company, with whom I've spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years, and was told they couldn't send a technician for more than a week.
