I cannot say enough about the Mechanical Heating & Cooling Company, from the initial consultation with Josh, all the way to the installation with Daniel, duct cleaning with Eric, and inspection with Keith, and the office assistants, everyone was absolutely professional, thorough, accommodating, friendly, helpful, and excellent at their jobs. I would highly recommend Mechanical Heating & Cooling! John, who did the estimate, was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, answering all my questions in a reassuring manner. The time between the estimate until the install was very reasonable due to the fact that it was one of the hottest heat spells we have had so far this summer!!!! I had a great experience with the staff at Mechanical Heating and Cooling. I began getting quotes for A/C system in the spring of 2025. I was not in need of a furnace at the time, so I postponed my decision until the fall when I needed a furnace replacement because my heat exchanger went bad. John Mifsud was my sales consultant, and he did an awesome job of designing a Furnace replacement with new installation of A/C system that suited my needs. The sales team was great, and the installation team was prompt and efficient. Only hiccup was a day of reconfiguring the attaching of the units duct work. Otherwise I would've gave 5 for sure. Thanks a ton Mechanical!
Mechanical H&C is amazing! Out usually HVAC company wasn’t available on short notice so we called Mechanical. Not only could they book us quickly, but the service was second to none. Don’t even get me started on how great Kris, our technician was. Exceptionally nice, personable, and wise guy. He was an expert on our older system and gave amazing advice. I really really appreciate you! I think we found our new HVAC company!
