I had a great experience with the staff at Mechanical Heating and Cooling. I began getting quotes for A/C system in the spring of 2025. I was not in need of a furnace at the time, so I postponed my decision until the fall when I needed a furnace replacement because my heat exchanger went bad. I would highly recommend Mechanical Heating & Cooling! John, who did the estimate, was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, answering all my questions in a reassuring manner. The time between the estimate until the install was very reasonable due to the fact that it was one of the hottest heat spells we have had so far this summer!!!! The sales team was great, and the installation team was prompt and efficient. Only hiccup was a day of reconfiguring the attaching of the units duct work. Otherwise I would've gave 5 for sure. Thanks a ton Mechanical!
Called last min because I thought I lost heat and my furnace broke. Turns out it was just an error on my part and the switch had accidentally gotten turned off. Tech was out to my house in 5 min. They are really great! These guys installed a vent fan in my bathroom at a reasonable price too on a different date. Works very well. I got three different quotes to repair an electric vehicle charging station. They clearly had the most experience with this type of thing, which was evidenced by a price that showed they understood what needed to be done, and how to do it. The job was a little unusual (replacing cables on a commercial grade level two charger) and I had hunted down used parts.
