I would highly recommend Mechanical Heating & Cooling! John, who did the estimate, was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, answering all my questions in a reassuring manner. The time between the estimate until the install was very reasonable due to the fact that it was one of the hottest heat spells we have had so far this summer!!!! I love this company! A number of years ago, they installed our AC. Since then, they have maintained both our AC and furnace. They always do a terrific job. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and efficient. Today was our annual furnace checkup. The two technicians, Luke and Corey, were everything I said above. I received a text that my mechanical cooling employee would be at my house soon, it was then followed by not only a lot of information about him and his expertise, but a photograph of him so when he showed up at the door, I knew it was him. Then he called when he was five minutes out to make sure I received the text message. Mechanical Heating & Cooling did a great job selecting the appropriate a/c for our house and installing it. Annual service has also been great. We were very pleased with job our technician Luke did checking the system and making sure everything is in working order. I highly recommend this company.

Service technician was very good. He was polite, well dressed and most importantly very knowledgeable! I was able to get service the same day I called even when temperatures were in the high 90’s and every other company was telling me 2 days. The tech had our A/C back on and cooling us before he left without any extra charges or parts.
