The sales team was great, and the installation team was prompt and efficient. Only hiccup was a day of reconfiguring the attaching of the units duct work. Otherwise I would've gave 5 for sure. Thanks a ton Mechanical!
I cannot say enough about the Mechanical Heating & Cooling Company, from the initial consultation with Josh, all the way to the installation with Daniel, duct cleaning with Eric, and inspection with Keith, and the office assistants, everyone was absolutely professional, thorough, accommodating, friendly, helpful, and excellent at their jobs. Called last min because I thought I lost heat and my furnace broke. Turns out it was just an error on my part and the switch had accidentally gotten turned off. Tech was out to my house in 5 min. They are really great! These guys installed a vent fan in my bathroom at a reasonable price too on a different date. Works very well. My ac went out and I went online to find someone who could come out and fix it. I saw the good reviews from mechanical heating so decided to give them a try. Ryan the service tech came out and did a quick and great job. Found the issue easily and made the repair quick.let me know my cost and everything was smooth sailing.I would definitely use them again and also recommend them
After a light switch shorted, I was concerned that there could be a fault in the wiring of the circuit. Norm came to check it out. He was polite, friendly, gregarious, and gave a clear explanation of what he was doing and what he found: the wiring was fine, but the fixture was faulty. He removed the faulty fixture and verified that everything else was correct and safe. I'm very satisfied with the service, and will call them first for any electrical work.
