Had a sudden water leak happen on New Year's Eve. I rang Jacques and he was out in no time to trace the problem and repair the leak. Jacques was very professional, answered all questions and did not leave until he completed the job. He is great and prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call on his services again.
On Christmas Eve, water began rushing from the closet where my eater heater and HVAC are. Then the hot water went out. Not great signs. I contacted one of the bigger companies in the Midwest. They sent out an associate who only gave an estimate for work they would do the next day. Going without hot water on Christmas was going to be a little inconvenient, so I decided to try a few more options. Jacques was punctual and well mannered. I showed where the hearing unit is and he proceeded to inquire as to the work that was needed. He took care of the humidifier, then drained the water heater and performed maintenance on the heater unite. He is pleasant and personable. we are pleased with the work her performed. Thank you
