Less then 24 hours after “clearing” a drain line. We explained that it was more then just the drain line which we had already cleared hence the service call. Condensation from the coil is flooding our return plenum the shut off switch is not being triggered which means the water is not flooding the drain pan. The tech had no interest in investigating the problem or fixing anything. They were nice enough to refund some of the money but this was very poor service and flat out lazy. Ramone is nice, friendly and professional. He handled the licence, insurance etc with the HOA, I did not have to get involved. New ac unit great price comparing to other quotes I had. Highly recommended 👍
