Very nice staff
Came out repair a heating problem. Said it was the thermostat and replaced it for $800.00. Two days later heat failed again and they sent another technician and he said it was dirty filters causing the problem. Interesting as the MCS has the maintenance contract for the property we are in. Failed again a few days later and they said they would send a master technician out. He replaced a valve costing $1650.00. Talking with property manager and doing research the same valve was replaced a year earlier???
