Terrible mechanics, poor customer service – They showed up to loosen up a bolt for me, for $65. Since they didn't have the correct socket I let them borrow my socket. Well, they broke my socket, but didn't mention it to me and promptly left the scene. Minutes later I call to say hey bring back my socket. In Responce, We did not charge for the service call due to the error. After informed of the incident he wanted his socket replaced . Its a $2 socket that's why it broke. You cannot replace just one of those sockets, so I offered to replace the whole socket set. I NEVER refused to help or to make it right. Great Idea and Great Service! – Being mechanically challenged, I always dreaded having my car breakdown in the middle of nowhere - but here comes Mechanic Mike's Mobile Auto to the rescue. Fast, courteous and got me on my way quicker and cheaper than a cab or a tow truck. Actually, they found the problem was really simple and easy to fix and I was paniced for nothing. Highly recommend if u ever need mobile mechanic.
