Our RV overheated miles from the nearest town on a holiday weekend. Shayne at dispatch was a calming presence andimmediately sent Eddie to help. Eddie spent three hours under the rig in the dirtto patch a major coolant leak. We can't thank them enough.

Lost our trailer brakes coming downthe pass at 11 PM, which was absolutelyterrifying. Daniel answered the phone on the first ring andgot us connected with their mobile mechanic, shanewhixh we found out waa the owner. Shayne didn't quit until the wiring was completelyredone and we were safe to drive. Amazing service

Stranded at 3 AM with my family because our rig's alternator completely died. Every other service sent me to voicemail, but danaanswered right away. He sent over daniel, who somehow sourced areplacement part in the middle of the night andinstalled it perfectly. Thank you!

Total nightmare when our camper's serpentine belt snapped on a steep mountain gradeat 2 AM. Daniel answered our desperate call and sent outDana. Dana was a total pro, brought the right parts, andfixed it on the dark shoulder in the freezing cold.
