I had my birthday dinner here on October 3, and I was so so impressed with the amazing service! My group was very large (13 people), but Carter was phenomenal at making sure everyone’s orders were taken care of and helping out with our requests. The management team even offered to keep the cake that I brought in their fridge until it was time. All of my guests said the food was delicious and loved the decor as well. Thank you to the team for making my birthday dinner flawless!

Fantastic experience at Mecha in Union Market! The food was stellar, but the service really made the visit special. Carter, our waiter, was attentive and personable, and Vivica, the host/manager, was incredibly welcoming and professional. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I was here for my friend’s birthday, and everyone here was so amazing. Carter seated us and helped out with everything— he was so friendly and understanding. The whole staff was great. Got the herbed edamame and it was SO good and there was a LOT of it. My friends got the tonkatsu ramen, and they really enjoyed that too.
