Chuck was fantastic to work with and helped us to better understand the insurance process. The work team was respectful and worked a long, hard day to get the work done in about 1 day. I just want to say they are the best roofers EVER!! Our roof, like others in the city, got damaged by one of the many hailstorms. I reached out to MECC Roofing and they came out and accessed the damage and provided details to the insurance company for the claim. Carrie helped work with the insurance company to ensure that they paid for the damage, and I got regular updates regarding the insurance and claim payout.
