Bought a brand new Lectric XP4 e-bike on a pre-order with these guys. Excellent salesmanship letting us drive and try out all the bikes. Robert spent a lot of time with us and spent a lot of time putting the order in and checking in with us to make sure we got everything and everything was good. If you’re looking for a ebike you need to visit these guys once again, Robert is the man! They are a Lectric dealership and know their stuff. Will be back for my next bike and some things for my RV!
Robert and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained everything to me sp I could make an informed ebike purchase, which I did. Awesome service!!
Received my Lectric 3.0 a few days ago. Love the bike, but what was even better was the incredible customer service I received. Robert @ Meca went over and above to make sure everything went perfectly. Had one glitch and Robert and his team…Eric a& Mario were on top of the issue and had it resolved in one day. Any dealer can be helpful and pleasant when all goes well, but when an issue arrives and the dealer and his people are just as helpful and do it with a smile, you know you have a great dealer for the duration.
