This place has incredible customer service! Highly recommend. It was my first time buying an ebike and they were incredibly helpful. When the model I purchased was out of stock, I explained I was on a budget and using it to commute to work. They went out of their way to help me out and give me a deal. I'll definitely be a lifetime returning customer and have already been shouting them out to everyone I know!
Eric with Meca E-bikes was vey helpful from the start of ordering the bike, shipping, and delivery. He was very supportive in making sure all my questions were answered! This is great customer service! I will purchase from them again.

Robert and Sal were such a massive help as I bought a new e-bike. Robert walked me through all of the options and made sure I got the best deal by double checking online sales. Sal assembled the bike quickly and they gave me a great walkthrough of the bike before I test rode it. I would definitely recommend Meca Ebikes again. Thanks guys!
