This place has incredible customer service! Highly recommend. It was my first time buying an ebike and they were incredibly helpful. When the model I purchased was out of stock, I explained I was on a budget and using it to commute to work. They went out of their way to help me out and give me a deal. I'll definitely be a lifetime returning customer and have already been shouting them out to everyone I know!

Robert and Sal were such a massive help as I bought a new e-bike. Robert walked me through all of the options and made sure I got the best deal by double checking online sales. Sal assembled the bike quickly and they gave me a great walkthrough of the bike before I test rode it. I would definitely recommend Meca Ebikes again. Thanks guys!
At first I was confused when I got there and it was a truck parts store, but after talking with staff I found them knowledgeable about the Ebikes they sold as well. Robert helped me not only pick out a bike but also assembled it and let me test ride it in their yard. I ended up purchasing a Letric XP4 from them and because they're an affiliate of the company I paid exactly what the website advertised. Highly recommend them if you're in the market for an ebike.
