Again, just a fantastic cut of meat. Today I did brisket.
I got one of the $5 mini steaks and have to say its one of the best that I've ever eaten. not sure how they were able to sell if for so little but it was great.
Great selection of meat and fish. Was looking for pork belly with skin on for a filipino dish my husband loves. Couldn't find it anywhere in town until now. Will be back again!
Got quite a few "exotic" meats from here. The venison was decent, haven't had the elk yet but the bison steaks were an abomination. I should have known better when I felt it but I cooked it and we all got sick as dogs afterwards.
