I have been a fan of great BBQ my entire life. I have eaten BBQ in all of the country's best BBQ cities. When I moved to Mobile I expected a choice of dozens of great BBQ restaurants. I was greatly disappointed with everything I found until I found Meat Boss. This is competition quality "Q". You can't call it BBQ if it is made in an oven.
