The absolute worst hospital after asking to be taken somewhere else I was denied that option so I knew I would be dealing with BS when I got there. They’re so unprofessional very rude. Asking the patients how long they’ve been waiting in front of me to confirm she wasn’t lying. Never want to go here. Once I mentioned I work in healthcare she changed her character and watched everything that came out of her mouth and actions.Do not be scared to file a complaint against this hospital with the department of health !!

Had a procedure done here on 10-21. Was treated like I was the only patient in the whole facility From start to finish I could not have been treated better.
We had a planned c-section for 10/21/20. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the experience was awesome. The medical staff was amazing during delivery for both my daughter and myself. Once we were out of recovery and into our room, the round the clock care was phenomenal. Not only was the staff professional but very personable as well. I would recommend this hospital for delivery and care.
7 minutes ago My father was at the emergency department of Winter Haven Hospital on 10/21/2020. Unfortumately he did not survive his medical emergency. My mother was not allowed in to see him and although we spoke to the doctor at the time, we were extremely upset and later had some questions about his condition. We were told that we could speak to the doctor at the beginning of his shift and were assured by the nurse that cared for him that the charge nurses would all know to expect us. Thank you ALL so much for the wonderful care and service during my stent installation on Oct 23, 2020. The nurses were all phenomenal, with a special salute to Jason, nurse in the cardiac care floor. The catheter team was AWESOME and made me feel so much at ease during a time when I was alone and frightened..can’t say enough good things about my stay, food was restaurant quality!
