My daughter was just in the ER today for stitches, and the care she received was phenomenal! Her PA (Colleen) and her nurse kellie were so great with her. Whitney, the child life specialist really took the time to explain what was going to happen with the procedure and made her feel comfortable and not scared at all. The bedside manner was top notch! Registration was quick and easy, and we were called back to a room within minutes. I’ve never spent that little amount of time in an ER before. It was wonderful!

Very friendly staff (not used to that at other urgent care I've been to in the past). They got me in super fast to determine if they could provide treatment or if they needed to refer me to the ER, so I wasn't left waiting around for them to tell me I couldn't be seen like some places. Luckily, they were able to clean me up and fix me up so I got to avoid the ER altogether. Eric helped keep me laughing and the Doctor was very thorough with cleaning and checking out my cut. Are you aware that you have an employee that is casually talking about running people over and "dropping them off" at the ER because he works there? Several generations of my family have worked here and I've always loved the place but I will never choose this hospital if THESE are the kinds of things they allow from their employees
