Never have I felt so manipulated, taken advantage of, deceived, and blatantly LIED to by a company. The management made the excuse that the staff was inept and poorly informed, in regards to the issues in which I felt that the figurative wool was pulled over my eyes. RecommendedMPPA is just a wonderful place to live. Perfect location and amenities galore. The maintenance and housekeeping staff do a great job with upkeep and respond quickly when needed. Beth and the management staff have always been professional, respectful and helpful when assisting me with a question or concern. On top of all this is a fabulous mix of neighbors. An all-around best deal in Lowertown!
I lived here a year ago and it was so nice — easy parking, friendly staff, and the best location!! Amazing place to live!
