Hate to tell you, but ever since Stellar left (God rest his soul) the customer service at your central market stand has been horrendous. Very unwelcoming and just plain rude. Hire people that have some sort of customer service skills please, or you're going to lose more customers then just me.
Upon receiving our drinks realized we forgot to order the chai latte as iced and I very nicely asked the "gentleman" handing it to us if it would be a big hassle to pour it over ice as we made an error (very politely and apologetically) and he replied, "Yes, it is a huge deal, next time tell us when you order" with a smirk and turned away... Hate to tell you but there won't be a next time. I didn't order a shitty attitude with my coffee. Do yourself a favor and go to Square One instead!
