Dr Fiala is an earnest listener and listened to all of my issues and made sure that each was addressed. She always shows that she cares and takes none of my medical problems lightly no matter how small. She never brushes off or trivializes my concerns. I went home feeling so much better and that I am being taken care of.
Dr. Roenker misdiagnosed me. I went in and complained of severe stomach pain. She told me I was constipated and sent me home with some Lactulose. Knowing something was causing the pain in my stomach, I went back to her. She never once physically touched me or did an exam, if she had she would have felt a mass. After I insisted on a CT scan, it was revealed that I had a large tumor.
