The manager is a liar she tells you whatever she can to get you to sign a lease and after that she doesn't follow through with her guarantees. My trailer leaked when I first moved in, it took 4 months to fix the problems. It ruined my floors , furniture and also got black mold. She takes no responsibility for it.
It is very quiet, nice place to live. great place to raise a family.
i used to live in the trailer park and they let certain people do what they want and when they want to do it. they don't follow the rules
This place is a joke!!! Scam artist!!! They show favoritism to certain residents yet others are harassed. The trailers are old and outdated, they fix nothing!! And mold is found in nearly every trailer. They can kick someone out because they don’t like you or your name isn’t Undercook! They also delete bad reviews. Stay clear if this place.
