Apartment was clean until you start moving in had maggots coming out of baseboards didn't say in order to get deposit back had to sign a years lease was told it was ok to move and would get it back due to husband's medical condition. Fights all the time. Landlord was sweet. No matter how many times you mopped a day couldn't walk without shoes floors were nasty no getting it cleaned. Drugs were bad there. I honestly give it 0 stars but wouldn't let me make review without at least one
I've been eyeing this place for a while now and I'm currently waiting to move in. Carrie is very good at her job and it legitimately looks like the owners care about how people are living. It looks amazing with the updates and I can't wait to be a future tenant. Based on my interactions so far, this is going to be my favorite place I've ever stayed even though it's going to be the most inexpensive.
Maintenance people will come in your place when you are not there and steal your belongings. (Not break-ins) uses keys to access your place. Things have been stolen from my sisters and her boyfriend such as a dirt bike, ps4, shoes etc. don’t trust this place, and there’s no cameras around so they can get away with it.
MEadowview is a great place to live! My apartment has a big kitchen and the balcony is nice. The community is clean and they allow pets too.
