Drug Ridden This place has been cleaned up many times but it always goes back to being drug infested. It is gated but that doesn't keep the drugs out. If not for this, it would be a great location, being across a small street from a city park. I lived here for a short time and never felt very safe. The apartments themselves are plain and functional inside with no extra amenities. PROS: Rent is fairly cheap CONS: Unsafe
