This was my first visit and from my very first phone call this morning with a painful tooth to checking out and setting up my next appointment all the staff was friendly and very helpful with getting me seen and taken care of on such short notice. I would highly recommend your office to anyone that asked. I think that I have found my permanent Dentist office.
Every thing was great
This was my 2nd visit to the Dental Center and just like the first time this morning was fantastic! There was not an excessive wait time to be seen. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The staff working directly with me was caring, polite, and informative. A great experience yet again. My family will be using this practice for many years to come!
For my first time visiting this dentist, I came away with a very favorable impression. I had been to another dentist in the area and was not satisfied, but this was a whole different experience. The staff was friendly, the lobby was spacious and well furnished and Jeannie was very friendly in assessing my issue for the dentist. Very Friendly, Impressed with facility, family environment, very through, professional, clean, efficient. Impressed with the hygienist and all those associated with the office.
My appointment was timely this morning which is important when you need to get back to work as soon as possible. I enjoyed my 'visit' with Becky and Kim, we chatted about their children and my "grand" children! I had impressions made(top and bottom) and Kim kept me calm during the process, which I appreciated because I always get nervous.
This visit went very well. As always Robin does a good job. The facility is excellent and well maintained. I few weeks back my wife's implant healing stud came out on the weekend. We tried to contact some one from the Dental Center for advice. She was not in any real pain, however we were unable to contact anyone to find out what to do. There needs to be a way to contact a representative from the Dental Center on weekends, after hours, and on holidays. What do I do if I have a dental emergency? The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!
