YOU ARE PAYING RENT FOR ROACHES AND MOLD !!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE !! THEY LEASE OUT THE APARTMENTS AS IS BUT WILL TELL YOU THEY PAINTED AND CLEANED IT. ITS ALL BILLS PAID SO THE AC AINT WORKING EVER OTHER DAY, ONE TIME IT WAS OUT FOR 3 WEEKS DURING THE SUMMER. THEN EVERY OTHER DAY THERE ISNT HOT WATER, THEY DONT EVEN TELL YOU BEFORE THEY CUT THE WATER OFF FOR REPAIRS. THEY SEND IT AFTER THE FACT. Omg he vivido aquí casi 10 años y siempre batallamos con el ac cucarachas ratas el agua caliente pero ahora ni siquiera quieren q pongamos ac de ventana la Sra Barby dice q nos dará multa y yo ya los quité solo espero que mi hija quien padece de su corazón esté a salvo pero esty buscando para irme aunq no quiebre mi contrato no vengan para acá no recomendado
Horrible place to live DO NOT recommend to move here it’s always super hot the manger does nothing and on top of that there’s always roaches everywhere !!!! Barbi Luna has so far been the WORST manager she’s super ignorant she didn’t send maintenance to fix my sink even after asking like 10 times and just like 6 days ago she decides to send maintenance…. Just a very horrible place I regret renewing my lease!!
Let’s start by saying that there’s an INFESTATION of RATS and ROACHES which pest control is INCLUDED in our rent but they BARELY come & they don’t fully get rid of the pests, pest control use things that we can buy ourselves like bug spray and rat traps which doesn’t stop the pest from coming back, maintenance doesn’t fix ANYTHING AT ALL or don’t know how to fix anything, maintenance also comes in your apartment without notice or permission and they use your stuff (mop, broom, towels, tissue, etc.) to clean up their mess or ... read more
Been here over 5 years. I stay downstairs and I have neighbors who moved in over me and they bang on walls all day. They wrestle, they stomp, they slam doors, they throw trash down here then deny it. They leave their kids unsupervised outside downstairs in front of my door. The kids be outside digging up the rocks and grass throwing rocks around like windows don’t break.
