The owner sent out his people they came. They cut the grass. They fixed the old work orders that weren’t done. They’re working on the pool to get it up and running because it’s hot for the kids. The new manager is nice which makes the lady in the front be just as nice. It is a nice place to stay, especially if you’re trying to save money to buy a house in the near future all utilities are included. The rates are excellent on the two and three bedrooms now is the time to come. Everything is starting to smooth itself out.
I’ve been living here for a few years and have seen many people come and go from the office but Miss Myrka has been here for some time and I’m so glad, she’s always willing to help out with any issues or concerns I’m having. The new manager seems very nice, office and property looks so much better also, keep it up ladies
If you’re looking for an affordable place to live that has a good location, I recommend living here. Staff has really been turning things around for a better living environment.
Had to find a quick move for a new job opportunity, the ladies in office made it a super easy and smooth transition, application process wasn’t too long and prices are very affordable
Stopped by for information and myrka and Leticia were very helpful and seems like they both really care about making the community look nice and clean.
