I was excited about moving in. But that was short lived. Since before I moved in, the unit was not cleaned and pest control issues. They were addressed. After I moved in, I've had issues with the shower and the bathroom sinks. Now, I am having issues with the kitchen sink (leak). I am highly disappointed on how this unit was assigned to me with all these issues. As staff maybe friendly and helpful. The manager, Julianna, is doing a great job with the property. Everything is always very clean and well maintained. The maintenance team also does an excellent job handling work orders in a timely manner. Overall, great management and upkeep.

I love the all bills paid laundry facility on site & dog park and pool!! Conveniently located!!! Very efficient office team are awesome work is 5 minutes away!! And a gym nearby that’s 24/7 !!! Juliana was knowledgeable of the property there’s quick trip right at the front I like it very much! Easy access to I-20 can’t wait to be apart of this hidden gem!!!
