5 star service! Amanda, in the office, was able to fit me in for same day service. Jovanni, the tech/installer, called to say he was running ahead of schedule & offered to come over immediately. What a pleasant surprise! Jovanni was both professional & friendly. He assessed the situation, educated me on the problems, reviewed the pros & cons of my options, & ultimately installed new springs & rollers. Meadows is awesome! Brett did a thorough safety inspection and explained all options and risks. He did the repair work during the same visit. We have new springs, tension rod, bearings, rollers, and sensors along with some structural improvements. Brett took the time to teach me how to lubricate the system properly. The customer service was above and beyond. In the future, we will only call Meadows! Well done, Brett!
