Love this doctor and staff .always so friendly and they do there best to help you understand what is going on with any issues with your eyes and explain what needs to be done without confusion.
I scheduled an appointment visit, over the phone I ask if there was any co payments o extra payment to do after changing my insurance, They said was all covered. Even before the appointment at the site I ask again , and also at the end of the appointment. One month after I received a bill for 400 doll. Be very careful about this place they will do extra procedures and charge you after . I been trying to do solve this over the phone 4 times still saying someone is going to contact me…
Everyone there is very professional. They take time to listen to you. Some days are busier then others and they still take time to help you.
Dr. Charles Calvo is the best. Always explains everything and I feel that he is truly concerned about my eye issues.
