A few things I wish I’d known: Parking is simply atrocious, the worst I’ve experienced. Beware of spiders, they’re everywhere in the summer and fall and management doesn’t deal with it. The units have energy efficient washer/dryers, but you have to dry the clothes all day. Not my idea of energy saving. When moving out, I asked for a cleaning list and was told there wasn’t one, nor are the charges provided for their cleaning charges if you don’t clean the apt yourself. RecommendedIt’s quiet, close to a lot of great restaurants and three grocery stores. The units are nice.
This is an awesome place to live. Although it’s still under construction to add more units for others to call home, their clubhouse is complete and they have a grassy area for your pets. Soon they’ll have a splash pad and place for children to play. Our neighbors are simple and down to earth (at least the ones we’ve met so far). Management is responsive and on top of things.
