The hotel is located right off the highway. Not far from the American Dream Mall or Met Life stadium. Plenty of restaurants near by. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and quite good. The gym has the essentials of what you need for a solid work out. This place has a mini shop with things you may need or have forgotten. I stayed one night. Given the price, I believe the room was ok, breakfast was good. One suggestion to be more flexible in check-in hours. Otherwise good.
So the first part of my stay was ok. The mandatory housekeeping is a little weird. But I understand it's their policy. What I don't understand is when the housekeeper doesn't show up I am out of toilet paper. I have to use the bathroom so I go to the front desk and ask for a role. She tells me housekeeping will bring it. I tell her I need to use the bathroom now. And she tells me you'll just have to wait and refuses to give me any even so I can see a stack of toilet paper behind her. I had to call the front desk again and re... read more
