Went to the Walking Dead show at this venue last winter, a total disaster, overcrowded and volunteers to help you who were of no use at all. Total confusion. Much better organized this year.
I had a great time this past weekend at the Heroes and Villains Fan Fest. Parking was easy and one of the best parking experiences of any convention I've been to. The lines for guests were well managed, and staff was pleasant and helpful. My only real criticism is that there was no place to sit and eat lunch; most other shows I've been to at least had a small area available. Security also was a bit on the unprofessional side.
This was my 3rd heroes and villains and once again I had an amazing time!!! The center is easy to get to and parking was really easy. Only problem I had was I felt it was too crowded. Previous yrs and @ another convention I went to they had photo ops downstairs(outside all tented up) they didn't do it this yr and I feel that was the problem but other then that I have no issues
