This is a decent place to live. It is very quiet which I love. The front office manager Mercelayne is so wonderful!! She goes above and beyond to help when you need it!! She makes living there better!
I'm pleased to say that living at the Meadowdale apartments is a quiet, peaceful and well managed community. The community manager is attentive, caring and an overall great person. The property is well maintained which is what I appreciate.
Estuve buscando un sitio en Melbourne FL por varias semanas hasta que encontré MEADOWDALE APARTMENTS. Los apartamentos son espaciosos, limpios, bien cuidados y con parqueos disponibles. El lugar está lleno de frondosos árboles y mucha sombra perfecto para caminar a mis perros y disfrutar al aire libre. Lovely place to live! Meadowdale is very quiet and calm. It's close to downtown and the mall isn't too far away, so it's very convenient. Property management and maintenance are super friendly and helpful. The water heater is honestly the best I've ever experienced anywhere, which has been so nice. And you get a patio! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable place to call home!
