These beautiful apartments are located 4 miles from the Indian River Lagoon. They're close to schools, libraries, grocery stores and bus stops. These apartments have beautiful enclosed patios for privacy. They have washer and dryer outlets and hookups. The rent is very affordable. The floors are beautiful. The AC unit, heater, refrigerator and stove are included. Management and maintenance are super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend these one and two bedroom apartments.
This place is super quiet and pretty, it’s always peaceful, they have the best maintenance guy Denis, he is so amazing. The wildlife is amazing, there is ducks and super sweet cats. It was a great place to live, highly recommend.
I’ve been here for 10 tens years and the manager and maintenance guy are the best we have ever had I it out here it’s quiet and clean and close to stores and the beach.
It's a great place.Neighbors are friendly and the lady that works in the office is very nice and helpful. No complaints!
Thank you to the management, Noni and the maintenance man Dennis for upgrading my bathroom. That was just the most recent upgrade. They upgraded my kitchen a while back as well thank you very much much appreciated. I would highly recommend renting for meadowdale it's gotten a lot better in the past few years.
