.Update 10-20-24. Garbage disposal Has been broke for over 2 months. He just unhooked & Left exposed wires Fire hazard? Dish washer has been broke for 3 months. Up date 9-26-24. These apts. Have had 9 apt. Managers since Dec 2022. When I call the owners I get the same message. These apartments are the worst! No manager EVER! No emergency maintenance . Water has been cut off twice cause they didn’t pay bill. The maintenance guy on day shift starts work and never finishes. The people they have in office lies ABOUT everything . The garbage is always over flowed and the grass gets cut when it’s knee high. They should close down and rebuild. I HATE THESE APARTMENTS!!
I truly don’t know where to begin. I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could. I moved here in March of 2023 and have been having problems since the beginning. They haven’t had a permanent office worker in months. I’ve seen 5 different sets of maintenance men. The vice president of cornerstone management has been in office and he’s no help either. Cant reach them by phone, they don’t respond to emails no matter how many times you follow up. The office is usually locked while they’re sitting in there acting like they ... read more

Up date. If anybody move to this apt complex iam letting you know it will be a big mistake. Today 3-4-24. I haft to wait over an hr. For the office to finally open (another netting). The office is Never open. So my rent has NEVER been late or not paid in full since I’ve moved in. I usually over pay!!Online it’s telling me my rent is behind over 1,200 since Dec 2023.
