I haven't been as uncomfortable as I was at this clinic in a LONG time. Doctor had an outdated sexist attitude. Alluded that I couldn't possibly know about my own body/symptoms and what I wanted to be screened for, also oddly declared that I can't find my own cervix. PA and Dr conducted unnecessary probing questions that were not relevant to my symptoms or intent of visit. I have recently become a patient here. I LOVE this place. They take time and explain and answer questions I have. They are super friendly. I have never had such good experiences with healthcare in the past. I definitely recommend this place and everyone in it.

I dislocated my shoulder while skiing on Snoqualmie, and came to this urgent care because it's the closest one. I was a little bit worried because over the phone I was told they'll take a look and no guarantee they could relocate it, and if not they'll send me to the hospital. But actually Dr. Steele has a tons of experience, and he put my joint back in place in just a minute!
They were very organized. I did have to wait an hour but it really didn't bother me because prior to me there were a lot of people so I totally understand. I appreciate Doctor Steele! He took care of me once it was my turn. Explained to me thoroughly what's happening to me. Gave me prescriptions and when to take it. He's such a pleasant Doctor. And to the whole team thank you for what you do. You guys were busy and yet everyone was nice.
