This place should be shut down!!! The staff here does not care about the patients. When you ask for some help It takes forever for someone to come. The place is under construction and the proper dust protection is not in place. The call buttons do not work half the time and the telephones sometimes go out. during the week the place smells like urine,they must clean up for the weekends because it seems better.I cannot wait to get my father moved to another facility.
The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.
Important to note that this facility has recently improved
think meadowbrook would be a good service to my brother at this time.
