Horrible post-closing experience. A great milestone turned out to be a nightmare. We were told by our loan officer (lets call them V) our loan would be sold sometime in the future after closing. Didnt realize this sometime in the future meant a few days after moving in. *********************** is a ******! He not only took an interest in the business end of our mortgage, but got to know my wife and I as a caring professional, if not a friend. Though we are far from being kids, this was our first mortgage and our first venture into owning a co-op, a home. Through all of the issues, questions and concerns, *** was the man. We can only offer him the highest praise and that doesn't cover the breadth of the work he did for us.

I had an experience similar to ******. First and foremost, I dont understand how so many people rated this 5 stars. My situation was simple. I was referred to meadowbrook through a national bank because I was denied. Reason for being denied was that I didnt have two years tax returns, however I was told meadowbrook approves with one year returns. Excellent place to conduct business with. Very professional and care about their clients. They go the extra mile to ensure you are educated about the steps involved in refinancing or making a purchase. I enjoyed working with **** *! UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE. MIKE G****** AND HIS TEAM WERE AMAZING THE ENTIRE PROCESS. WE PURCHASED A HOME AND HE WAS READY TO CLOSE WITHIN 30 DAYS. WE WERE CLEARED. OUR SELLERS DELAYED THE CLOSING SO IT WAS PUSHED BACK HOWEVER MIKE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS STILL BUTTONED UP ON OUR END. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WILL ONLY USE MIKE IN THE FUTURE.
