Khaled was so pleasant to work with! He was very transparent and provided all the information we needed to know about purchasing a home. He made sure he answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns.
Just bought a new build and A/C went out, kids and elderly people in a 92F house. Hvac technicians couldn’t come until later next week. Sales manager for D.R. Horton came out and did more than just tinker with my thermostat. He checked and found the issue! A/C is working because of a D.R. Horton sales rep who didn’t have to do all of that but, did it out of kindness. Great hard working people that go above and beyond. Thank you! I believe khaled was his name.
