They asked for credit card details to be sent via text message in order to be added to the schedule, and I’ve never even met these people in person. Seems incredibly sketchy.
I’m really grateful for my work with Shelby at Meadowbrook Counseling. She creates a safe and supportive space, and her skill with EMDR and somatic therapy has helped me work through difficult memories with care.
