I’ve been seeing Dr. Shelby Schiller for over two years now, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She’s the kind of professional you would follow anywhere just to keep her support and guidance. Pros about Shelby as my therapist: Kind Safe Understanding Intelligent /knowledgeable Challenging (as in she challenges you and your way of thinking in the best way for yourself) Adaptive Advocate for her clients Affordable (with my insurance) Chill vibe / no BS (tells you how it is but in a clear and concise/ non aggressive way) Compassionate Previous to seeing Shelby, when I lived in Illinois, I saw the same therapist for 10 years. They asked for credit card details to be sent via text message in order to be added to the schedule, and I’ve never even met these people in person. Seems incredibly sketchy.
